Golf Tours
With over 40 years golfing experience we specialise in arranging golf tours for a maximum of 4 golfers giving a truly personal service.
One of our drivers is quite a character and will have many stories to tell, especially about when he played the double of Old Tom Morris in the film Tommy’s Honour which was directed by Jason Connery, the son of Sean. We concentrate on building our golf tours around the history of the game.
East Lothian is our idea of golfing heaven, home to the famous Muirfield and The West Links at North Berwick which has outstanding scenery and was recently voted the best fun course to play in Great Britain and Ireland.
A visit to Scotland has to include a visit to the home of golf and Scotland’s oldest university, St Andrews. This is where the story of Old and Young Tom Morris emanated and they were both instrumental in the early years of The Open Championship.
We also recommend the great courses on the West Coast of Scotland – Prestwick, an early venue of The Open Championship which was designed by Old Tom Morris along with the current Open venues of Troon and Turnberry.
In each of the areas we travel, there are hidden gem golf courses that we recommend. They were mostly formed over 100 years ago and were popular places for the local village community to relax and socialise.
We will do all the arranging of the golf and have links with 5 star hotels along with 5 star private accomodation for 4 golfers in North Berwick.
